A national organization for women, Kappa Delta Sorority provides experiences that build confidence in women and inspire them to action through the power of lifelong friendship. With a focus on values, Kappa Delta offers women the confidence to excel academically, develop leadership skills, become responsible citizens and take action in the world. Founded Oct. 23, 1897, at State Female Normal School (now Longwood University) in Farmville, Virginia, Kappa Delta now has 167 collegiate chapters and more than 220 active alumnae chapters across the country that allow members to stay involved throughout their lifetimes.

Devmatics built them two systems: New Member Portal and Claim Account. The New Member Portal is a custom application built into their existing association and membership management platform (iMIS). The New Member Portal assists the Kappa Delta administrators in the recruiting and onboarding process for new members into their sorority. The portal collects the new member’s personal data, memento medallion, and walks the new member through proper agreements and approval with facilitating board members of the sorority.

The Claim Account is an add-on application to the existing iMIS platform. This application allows members who have not logged into iMIS before, to securely search for and select their correct user profile in attempt to reclaim their login account and gain Member Portal access.
